You are in good hands!  With over 7 years of experience each, Dr. Detlefsen and Dr. Martin are skilled in many techniques.  While Dr. Detlefsen primarily utilizes Diversified, or “manual” adjusting, Dr. Martin is devoted to Activator Methods, or “instrument” adjusting.  Your first visit to Great Lakes Chiropractic will give you an opportunity to find out if chiropractic care may benefit you. You will receive a thorough case history and examination to make sure that your condition can be helped through the use of chiropractic adjustments. The doctor will review your findings and on the following day present to you their findings with a proposed schedule of care.  Your spinal health will be evaluated on an individual basis and the best adjusting technique for you will be determined.  You will begin your adjustments on that day and any therapies that your condition would necessitate.
