Dr. Phillip J. Detlefsen is a native of Manning, Iowa.  Dr. Detlefsen pursued his chiropractic degree at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.  Following graduating in 2001, he and his family relocated to Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Dr. Detlefsen places a special focus on chronic health issues such as neck pain, lower back pain, and headaches.  His main practice focus is on family chiropractic care.

Dr. Detlefsen utilizes a conservative approach to his patient’s health concerns.  Treatment considerations will be a combination of the following techniques depending on your individual needs; Activator technique, manual technique, manual muscle work, Webster technique, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and nutritional counseling.

Dr. Kimberly Martin is a native of Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada.  After attending the University of Windsor and obtaining a degree in Biological Sciences, she pursued her chiropractic degree at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.  Graduating in 2002, she began practice in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Dr. Martin places a special focus on children, pregnancy and woman’s health issues.  Her practice focus is on family chiropractic care.  She has received many post educational hours in pediatrics, and pre and postnatal care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Katie Wagner has been with Great Lakes Chiropractic for 3 years. She is currently serving as our Office Manager. Katie manages all insurance and patient financial information. Katie graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management.

Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, vacationing at her cabin, fishing, snowmobiling, and reading.
